Position Summary:
The Kith- Treats Counter Associate is the face of the Kith Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first in class experience to all new and returning Kith-Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best-in-class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled TREAT!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities:Continuously providing an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert!Practicing and mastering the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.Using time between customers to manage inventory levels, to ensure we are always prepared.Applying our iconic "Swirl" to our highly sought-after desserts.Proactively communicating inventory needs with management.Remaining updated on all company activations, as well as any brand partnerships.Adhere to all company processes, policies, and procedures.Follow all Food & Safety process, policies, and procedures,Adhere to availability and scheduling needs of the business.Assist Shops Management team with housekeeping responsibilities.Special Projects:
Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.Assist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
1-2 years in a food/beverage position1+ years in a customer facing position is preferred1+ years of cash handling, preferred but not requiredValid Department of Health Food Handlers Certificate or ServSafe Food Handlers CertificateSkills/Abilities:
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the jobAbility to stand/walk for a prolonged period of timeLifting or moving up to 30 poundsBending, twisting as well as climbing of ladders and other physical tasks related to standard retail operationsAbility to perform business mathAbility to multi-taskEfficient communicationWHO YOU ARE
