Job Description: To be considered for this role which is a blend of Data Engineer and Data Analytics Development you will have:
Stakeholder management and communication skills, including prioritizing, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building
Strong experience in SDLC delivery, including waterfall, hybrid and Agile methodologies
Experience delivering in an agile environment,
• Good foundational understanding and experience with any one relational database (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres Db2 etc..)
• Experience with JDBC, ODBC, connectors, API based access.
Experience of implementing and delivering data solutions and pipelines on AWS Cloud Platform.
Strong Experience with Data Lakes, Data warehouses and Big Data environments.
A strong understanding of data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL processes
An in-depth understanding of large-scale data sets, including both structured and unstructured data
Strong SQL and/or Python knowledge
Knowledge and experience of delivering CI/CD and DevOps capabilities in a data environment
Preferred skills.
• AWS cloud experience with core services - S3, IAM, Lambda, EMR, EC2, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, CloudTrail
• EMR cluster management
• Spark SQL, Pyspark, Airflow, Nifi, other cloud ETL.
• Presto, Trino query engines
• Core Java, Python programming skills
• Kubernetes experience, Gitlab, Terraform cloud services.
Comments for Suppliers: Minimum 12 years experience
