Apex Systems has an opening available for aSoftware Integrator with one of our GovCon clients. The Software Integrator willsupport the development (limited), integration, test, demonstration of multi-INT sensor framework (Joint Capabilities Integration & Development (JICD) Common Services). Primarily activities will be receiving vendor delivered source code and containerized components, maintain code libraries, inspect/compile code in lab, build and maintain demonstration systems, integration with external systems (sensors, other software), possibly development/modification of new capabilities. Aberdeen Proving Ground, MDDuration: Full-time, direct-hireClearance: Top Secret with ability to obtain and maintain an SCI; candidates with active Secret clearances may also be considered
Qualifications:Software development experience in (Python, Java, C++)Linux System Administrator experience: data center management, local area networks, and serving static, dynamic and streaming content over the web.Ability to build a Linux system from scratch, take delivery of Docker containers from software developers, and install/configure them (with reach-back support to developers if needed)Familiarity with Docker to building and deploying containerized appsLab/Field Demo/experimentation supportSIGINT or Multi-INT sensor experience desiredCandidate selected must have a minimum of an active TS with an ability to obtain an SCI.Requirements:
15+ yrs experience preferred, and an ability to lead junior developers.Bachelors degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or other technical discipline.Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required.Preferred Qualifications:
JICD experience - a big plusIntegrated Sensor Architecture (ISA) - a plusFamiliarity with Kubernetes - a plusCertifications: Linux CE (a plus)#clearance
