Job Title: Parts Specialist

We're urgently seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to manage supplier and customer relationships, ensuring timely sourcing and management of spare parts.
Key Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years in supply chain or customer service; preferred: Bachelor's degree and 5 years
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with MRP/business systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Technical aptitude is a plus
- Oversee sourcing of spare parts and ensure timely delivery.
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and customers.
- Monitor order status and resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with engineering to onboard new suppliers.
- Ensure supplier performance meets production needs.
- Accurately enter transactions into the ERP system.
