We are seeking dedicated bilingual candidates in the Macedonia/Twinsburg, Ohio area. We are hiring for one position on each shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. If you have a passion for manufacturing and warehouse operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
- Operate small hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as required.
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Adapt to varying temperatures, including hot conditions typical of warehouse settings.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and advance within the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent attendance record and reliability.
- Proficient with basic math skills.
- Bilingual proficiency English and Spanish is required.
