The Loan Trading Support Administrator will be responsible for partnering with the Loan Trading Desk and assisting the Front Office in the transaction process of each trade to ensure optimal support, customer service, risk management and process improvement. He/she/they will also oversee Alter Domus, our current Loan Trading outsourcing partner for accuracy and completeness in their job functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, highly motivated, always exhibits professional conduct and possesses the skills to remain calm under pressure.Essential duties and responsibilities:Manage Loan Trades life cycle from initiation to Settlement.Have the ability to create the ticket and settle the Trade in ClearparLiaise with and oversee Alter Domus (“AD”), our outsourcing provider for Loan Trading. Verify accuracy of AD inputs in Clearpar, confirm AD is performing duties as specified according to our work agreement.Review the LSTA Standard Loan Trading Documentation such as Trade Confirmations, Fundings Memos, Assignments / Clearpar Letters for discrepancies before Settlement. Sign documents in ClearparAssist the Loan Trading Desk, maintain communication on booking and settlementOn date of settlement, circulate trade documents to Loan Trading desk and Operations (BO) so settlement can be performed.Effectively communicate and escalate any trade issues to related internal stakeholders.Have ability to book the trade in Loan IQ : create Deal, Facility, Circle and Loan in Loan IQHave ability to review and validate the trade in Loan IQ : create Deal, Facility, Circle and Loan in Loan IQMonitor and manage high volumes of loan trading closings, track update of data in systems; update data in blotter and perform reconciliations as needed between ClearPar and trade applications (Trafic) and BO applications (LIQ)Have ability to process fees in LIQ.Process invoices for Broker and Clearpar.Process Silent Participations .Send documents to the Silent Participants in case documents are posted on deal sites (Debtdomain, Syndtrak, Intralinks).Monitor unsettled trades and generate reports to management and/or trading desk as needed.Communicate and resolve loan trade issues and any discrepancies prior to the settlementParticipate in projects and provide valuable input with various working groups, with the goal to continually enhance performance and efficiency.Review and advise on funding mechanics and operational requirements as it pertains to internal booking, according to Operational policies.Knowledge of Banking Regulations and Standard Practices. Knowledge of LSTA (Loan Syndications and Trading Association), and ClearPar.Requirements;Undergraduate degree in Finance or comparable experience5+ years of experience in financial servicesProven experience in loan trading operations ( plus 2- 5 years of Syndicated Loan Trading experience or equivalent knowledge is preferred)Knowledge of current regulations and best practicesKnowledge of PC (Excel & Word), Loan IQStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Effective written and verbal communications as well as a keen sense of detail orientation are also required.Natixis is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace free of discrimination. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
