Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the full close cycle of accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.2. Manage all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.3. Develop and manage the company budget, making necessary adjustments as needed.4. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring payments are made and received in a timely manner.5. Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.6. Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for operations.7. Oversee all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with all regulations.8. Manage the human resources department, overseeing benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.9. Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.10. Oversee the financial aspects of any not-for-profit initiatives within the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is a plus.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role in finance and human resources.3. Extensive experience with Full Close Cycle Accounting, Talent Management, Budgeting, AP/AR, Financial Reporting, QuickBooks, Monthly Cash Flow management, Not for Profit accounting, Tax, Human Resources, Benefits, and Recruitment.4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.6. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.9. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
