We are seeking a dynamic self-starter that can conduct business in Spanish for an Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced finance team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to take on exciting challenges and responsibilities within the finance industry. You will be in charge of overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department, leading a team of financial professionals, and ensuring that our financial data is accurate and compliant with regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of financial analysis, general ledger, cash flow management, financial statements, and internal controls.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.2. Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.3. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.4. Manage the cash flow of the organization, ensuring that our financial obligations are met and that financial risks are minimized.5. Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insight and analysis to support business decisions.6. Ensure compliance with all internal controls, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.9. Participate in strategic planning, risk management, and capital management initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.3. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial accounting, general ledger, cash flow management, financial statements, and internal controls.4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.5. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.6. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel.7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in clear terms.8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.9. Ability to conduct business in Spanish
