Requirements
Technical Skills:Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis)Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principlesFamiliarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordSoft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environmentIntellectual curiosity and a desire to learnAdditional Preferred Qualifications:Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance or consultingExperience with financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, Python)Knowledge of industry trends and M&A activity
