Los Angeles based property management firm is looking for an admin assistant to join the team. This position will be working out of the corporate office which is minutes away from DTLA.

Responsibilities:Provide administrative support such as scanning, copying, printing, assisting with meetings, company events, preparation of meetings, etc.Prepare several reports utilizing Microsoft Excel on a regular basis (e.g., weekly report, vacancy report, etc.)Coordinate with various team members and generate reports as per co-worker's needsAssist with expenditure approvals from outside management companies and Asset managersManage meetings, calendar appointments, coordinate lunch for various office staff membersAnswer phone calls and emails; handle incoming and outgoing communicationsManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for colleaguesConsistently and timely take care of weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly tasks assignedMaintain accurate records of documents received and sent out, file documents (hard and soft copies)Assist in marketing efforts for properties that need extra assistance or don't have ongoing marketingBe the liaison between team members and outside vendors/clients and consistently follow up on projects, tasks, or deadlines, as neededPerform other functions as may be required by the job or as directed by managementExperience and Skills:

Excellent computer skills - Internet usage, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Acrobat; knowledge of Yardi is a plus (but not necessary)Ability to type 45 WPMOrganized and detail oriented in their day to day tasksProficient in time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks as neededSolution-driven and possess a good, professional attitudeOutstanding communication skills (both written and verbal); bi-lingual in English and Spanish a plus (but not necessary)A highly self-motivated, independent and proactive individual who takes ownership in their workAbility to work on various project, think outside the box, utilize resources, with the end goal in mindCan take on constructive criticism, learn, thrive, and focus on her/his personal growth as well as provide solutions/options to things they see can be improvedRequirements:

GED or High School Diploma and at least 2 years of collegeAble to work M-F, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; schedule may be subject to change.Required to work out of the corporate office, this is NOT a remote or hybrid position.Some weekend and holiday availability required.Schedule/Compensation:
