This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical insights and optimizations to drive campaign success. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for Medscape customers using automated dashboards, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute optimization plans, utilizing standard levers to address underperforming campaigns and drive results.Participate in regular delivery meetings with internal stakeholders (Planning, Program Marketing, Sales) to review campaign pacing and progress towards established goals.Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.Conduct quality assurance checks on campaign data to ensure reporting and delivery accuracy.Maintain documentation of campaign strategies, changes, and optimizations to support continuous improvement.Assist in A/B testing, implementation, and analysis to optimize campaign performance.Required Skillset:

Proficiency in Excel: Ability to use functions like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools.Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Attention to Detail: Ability to perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy in reports and dashboards.Basic Understanding of Digital Marketing: Familiarity with key digital marketing concepts such as campaign performance metrics, A/B testing, and optimization strategies.Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and propose solutions.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients, both in writing and verbally.Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Team Collaboration: Comfort working within cross-functional teams, contributing to shared goals.Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a collaborative environment.Qualifications:

BS/BA or equivalent experience.Candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working in online media on the content or agency side.
