RequirementsProven track record in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Must be able to build relationships with clients.Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Coachable with a continued desire to learn.Property analysis using self-generated research including past sales, site walks, market trends, and property data.Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners.No real estate license is needed.Compensation
