If you have a history of exceeding your goals and are looking to take your career to the next level, apply today!ResponsibilitiesEffectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers.Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM.Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract.Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends.Follow up on all leads and requests for information.Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions.QualificationsExcellent problem-solving skills.Organizational and time-management prowess.Ability to remain calm under pressure.Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred.Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented.Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred.Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments.Compensation$80,000 - $120,000 yearlyAbout Southern House Buyers LLCAt Southern House Buyers, we provide fair and swift offers to home sellers; ensuring a transparent and hassle-free process.
