ResponsibilitiesReach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointmentsWork with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick salePrice, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quicklyProspecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new businessPresent suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their homeAnswer the phone with live connectionsMake outbound calls to existing leads for follow-upAvailable to show homes on short noticeAvailable to work evenings and weekends 40+ hours a weekAttend all meetings and ongoing trainingFollow-up with leads to increase salesKeep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding communityMeet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a homeSupervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experienceProvide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volumeQualifications

Shows in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and can accurately conduct market researchSuper time management, interpersonal, and communication skillsAt least one year of work experience in real estate salesAbility to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologiesFamiliar with customer databases used to store private client informationClosed 5 deals minimum in 24 monthsExcellent communication, negotiation and networking skillsShow good organizational and time management skillsA successful and proven sales history is preferredSelf-motivation and driveCompensation
