This position is for a confident and driven attorney who has at minimum 3 years of experience in family law and must be willing to also handle probate, guardianship and estate planning.ResponsibilitiesResolve cases efficiently by communicating effectively with and working alongside other attorneys and paralegals.Handle your cases from start to finish, including but not limited to drafting, client communications, hearings/trials, mediation, and communication with opposing parties/attorneys.Perform legal research, prepare for and attend hearings or other legal proceedings.Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.Organize and maintain files to ensure accuracy for other attorneys, paralegals, and staff.Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients.QualificationsPrepared to meet our client needs and grow our client base.Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills are required in order to work with clients, staff members, and other attorneys.Compensation$85,000 - $150,000 yearly.About The Law Office of Whitney L.
