Persuasive writing skills and verbal communication skills are critical, along with time management and interpersonal skillsPrior experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitrationMember of state and local bar associations in good standingMust be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision5 years of required experience as a senior associate in the legal fieldJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolMinimum of 5 years of experience in successful litigation practiceStrong analytical, research, and writing skillsExcellent oral advocacy skills with courtroom experienceProven ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlinesSuperior interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with a strong work ethic and a dedication to client serviceCompensation
