Growing Plaintiff-side medical malpractice department seeks an attorney with a minimum of 2-4 years of medical malpractice experience to assist with record review, intakes, assessing for meritorious claims, discovery, motion writing, and trial.Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with medical malpractice litigation. Interested candidates without prior medical malpractice experience who are experienced with other areas of personal injury law are encouraged to apply. This role will include assisting with the intake of medical malpractice matters, screening cases for merit by review of medical records and discussions with potential clients and other attorneys, and drafting pleadings. The position will offer circuit court experience, based on the applicant’s experience and knowledge.Qualifications
Prior courtroom experience is ideal; Maryland bar is required, other bar memberships are a plus.Compensation
