Assist with the intake of medical malpractice and personal injury matters.Screen cases for merit by reviewing medical records and discussing with potential clients and other attorneys.Draft pleadings.Handle district court personal injury matters.Represent clients in Worker’s Compensation hearings.Litigate personal injury cases from intake to resolution.Gain circuit court experience, based on the applicant’s experience and knowledge.Qualifications:
Prior courtroom experience is ideal.Maryland bar is required; other bar memberships are a plus.Compensation:
$105,000 - $115,000 yearly
