Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in administrative litigation and regulatory cases.
• Manage case documents, filings, and deadlines.
• Conduct legal research on administrative regulations and case law.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Bonus: Experience with cannabis law.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, particularly in administrative or regulatory law.
• Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with government agencies and administrative litigation.
• Cannabis law knowledge is a plus.
