Salary: $125,000 - $225,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Lead administrative litigation and regulatory cases, handling all phases from case initiation to resolution.

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Conduct legal research on complex administrative regulations and case law.

Represent clients in administrative hearings, agency proceedings, and trials.

Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies tailored to their regulatory needs.

Bonus: Expertise in cannabis litigation is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in administrative litigation or broader litigation.

Proven track record of managing litigation cases and interacting with regulatory agencies.

Strong research, analytical, and legal writing skills.

Experience with cannabis law is a plus but not required.
