Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Duluth, MN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of related experience, including experience with self-perform work
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications5
