Are you looking to take your career in the construction industry to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our Restoration team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and driving our restoration projects from inception to completion. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Mitigation Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing all aspects of restoration projects, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Preparing comprehensive project estimates, including labor, materials, and other costs.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of construction crews, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with IICRC standards and guidelines.
- Managing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project parties, ensuring that all communication is clear, timely, and effective.
- Identifying potential risks and issues and developing effective mitigation strategies.
- Continually monitoring and reviewing project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
- Ensuring that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in restoration, commercial mitigation, and estimating.
- IICRC Certification.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other project parties.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to spot potential issues before they become problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions quickly.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant IT tools.
- A valid driver's license.
