Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

The premier fresh and frozen seafood processor and specialty food distributor servicing fine restaurants, hotels, country clubs and grocers from our facilities in Bensenville, IL, DelCambre, LA, Green Bay, WI, Windsor/DeForest, WI, Houston, TX, Kansas City,MO, St. Louis, MO, Minneapolis, MN, Mobile, AL and Picayune, MS.

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and end-users.
• Install, Modify, diagnose, and repair computer hardware, printers, and software
• Walk employees through problem-solving process
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
• Set up and maintenance of software, mobile devices and handheld scanners
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, switches, and firewalls
• Maintain open communication channels with colleagues and management to resolve issues
• Develop and facilitate certain application training for key user applications; and documentation
• Recommend and implement process improvements
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• Education – Associate degree or equivalent IT work experience.
• Experience – Two to four years of experience as an IT Specialist.
• Work ethic – A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines.
• Accuracy – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build very good working relationship with managers, workforce and customers.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Office 365, Desktops, laptops and tablets.
• A combination of the above will also be considered.
