Strategic planning: recommends, plans, and implements workplace endpoint technology initiativesAdministrations: manages/coordinates projects with internal/external clients utilizing IT unit systems to meet client goals. Create project plans, testing, implementation, and evaluation of systemsDevelopment: Coordinates projects with users to deliver optimum service regarding installations and maintenance of workplace endpoint technology.Tests implements, and evaluates systems and service resultsCoordinates application upgrades, security patching, and platform software updates.Leverage endpoint management technology to build shared software packages, images, and policy managementCreates endpoint management scripts, packages, and ad hoc reportingPerformance: advanced level of troubleshooting that has been escalated by junior staff3 years experience in consulting, project management, training, technical support, or user service, in an information technology environment or similar.?Experience as both an end-user and administrator in service areas such as user support, desktop support, help desk management, and documentation or similar.Experience with the Linux operating systemBalance between Windows and MacJob Requirement
