Job Title: Quality Inspector

Job Description

The Quality Inspector role involves performing visual and dimensional inspections on machined components used in the assembly of Aerospace and Industrial seals. Utilizing various handheld and benchtop measurement equipment, you will ensure compliance to both internal and customer dimensional requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating and completing pertinent documentation such as dimensional inspection records, production routers, and non-conformance reports. Key duties include verifying raw material lot number traceability, maintaining a well-organized workspace, understanding verbal and written instructions, and showing flexibility based on changing production/shipment demands. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Warren, Rhode Island.Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing floor with approximately 60 workers engaged in CNC, inspection, and assembly operations. Safety is a priority, and you will be required to wear safety glasses and steel toe boots. The company is focused on Aerospace manufacturing and adheres to AS 9100 certifications and ITAR regulations. The machinery used is older and manual.
