Web Application ProgrammerWe are unable to sponsor visas for this roleWe are not utilizing 3rd parties for this rolePosition: Application ProgrammerLocation: Tallahassee, FL (on-site)Compensation: $65 - $70/hr C2C or 1099 OR $110,000/yr W2Mandatory Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications.Experience with C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET 4.XX, OOPS, Webservices, Bootstrap, JavaScript, VBA frameworks.Familiarity with MS Access and application development on MS Access platforms.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; creating and writing stored procedures.Experience with batch processing and data loading.Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2017 and above.Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.Experience testing custom applications, reports, large data sets, or dashboards.Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing.Experience working with development teams on large enterprise projects.Experience with assessing risks related to MS Access and web-based applications.Job Scope:Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects.Meets with leadership to provide weekly status reports and monthly written reports, including accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.Communicates project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.Ensures technical direction and standards are being followed.Assures that project documentation includes project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.Manages change control within the projects.Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that affect the critical path.Prepares written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications to ensure objectives are met.Education:Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems Degree, or a related field.*TekBank is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
