Position Summary:

The position of Food and Beverage Analyst - Project Management plays a pivotal role in enhancing the culinary offerings within our Private Destinations portfolio. To be successful, the Analyst must work collaboratively with other teams, stay keen on project updates and maintain communication with various stakeholders across organizations and hierarchy. This role demands a unique combination of analytical acumen, adept project management skills, and a thorough understanding of the food and beverage landscape, all aimed at delivering exceptional experiences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data AnalysisConduct in-depth analyses of emerging food and beverage trends, sales figures, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making.Track and report on vital key performance indicators (KPIs) that relate specifically to food and beverage operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.Project Management

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and budget allocations.Organize and facilitate strategic meetings, along with crafting detailed and visually engaging presentations tailored to each destination.Oversee the establishment and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring thorough follow-up on key tasks such as menu development.Market Research

Engage in extensive market research to uncover new opportunities and trends within the food and beverage sector, providing valuable insights for strategic initiatives.Analyze competitor offerings and industry standards to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.Research applicable regulations to ensure compliance and adherence to local industry standards.Strategic Planning

Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across all food and beverage operations.Set and manage timelines for ordering supplies, along with overseeing the allocation and management of storage resources.Performance Evaluation

Formulate and implement performance metrics that evaluate the effectiveness of food and beverage operations.Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize practices and ensure consistency across all levels of operation.Conduct audits and develop checklists to ensure compliance with established standards, preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.Operational Cost Management

Analyze the breakdown of operational costs to identify areas where improvements can be made for greater efficiency.Ensure alignment with best practices in project management to optimize overall performance.Support for Events and Groups

Provide logistical support for events and group functions, coordinating all necessary details for smooth execution.Support Inventory Management, including day beds and cabanasCurrent and New Destinations

Monitor and evaluate food and beverage operations at both existing and new private destinations, ensuring a consistent standard of quality and service is maintained.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the employee occupying this position. Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor Degree required.Two to four years of financial experience including a strong background in business/financial planning & analysis skills.Experience with making decisions rooted in strategic insights.Exceptional verbal and written communication.Able to document and package detailed requirements.Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, flexible and evolving environment.Proficient in Microsoft office a must.Knowledge and Skills:
