The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Sr Analyst reporting to the Manager Revenue Technology & Operations.
This position will work on-site in Miami, Florida.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing the strategic plans to drive incremental revenue. This individual is responsible for the development and communication of strategic plans as well as monitoring and adjusting to global market changes. The Senior Analyst will have exposure to management and will work closely with global Sales, Marketing, Air/Sea, Hotel Operations, Reservations, Onboard Revenue, and External Partners.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify and size opportunities to pursue for ancillary revenue generating projects and other special projects.
Conduct competitive analyses on category and cross-category competitors and report insights to cross-functional leadership and executives.
Identify a clear short and long-term roadmap and effectively project manage complex timelines and deliverables.
Apply findings from research, trend forecasting, performance, and feedback to develop the scope of work for future ships, modernization of current ships, and development of private destinations.
Partner with key stakeholders from various departments across the organization to understand how to adapt and evolve the strategy for delivering a successful project in a timely manner.
Develop commercial reporting tools to monitor performance against targets and ensure accuracy of commercial and sales incentives forecasting and payouts.
Utilize visualization tools to translate data into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards used to drive actionable recommendations.
Provide ad-hoc analyses to guide decision-making on the design of future products.

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
Four-year Bachelor's or equivalent required; MBA preferred; three to five years related business analysis experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills and be able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
Strong PC skills are required: Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL required.
Project management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of finance and marketing principles to lead management on strategic initiatives and guide analysis.
Complex Problem Solving: Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop options and implement solutions.
Active Listening: Giving full attention to what other people are communicating and taking time to understand points being made.
Financial Responsibility:
Determines strategies and executes decision making to drive at least $400M in annual revenues.
Physical Demands:
