The details for this Travel Case Management Nursing Job are: Specialty: Case Management Job Location: Jackson, Mississippi Travel Nurse Salary: $2,240/week Start Date: 10/28/2024 Assignment Length: 17 weeks Total Hours Per Week: 40 weekly Shift Breakdown: 5x8 hrs 50 mile radius rule, 2 years of exp. BLS (AHA), CCM preferred but not required Prefer RN, BSN Would consider ADN with extensive Case Management experience, Case load/ patients per day/consults per day 15-20 EMR EPIC. Do you require InterQual criteria or Milliman experience , but need to have general understanding of discharge readiness. (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Home Care, etc.) Will cover all Inpatient units throughout the hospital Experience or 'Must have' skills Must be confident RN Case manager with 5 years Acute Care Management experience with previous experience in large academic Medical Center hospital or Level 1 trauma. Some experience MUST be recent. CM Manager/Supervisor Department does not have a CM Manager at this time. Will directly report to the Social Work Manager. Chief of Care Coordination is also providing department oversight as needed. Shifts & Scheduling M-F 8-430p Weekend Requirements None Holiday Requirements Rotated as needed Scrub Color/Dress Code Any color scrubs or business professional attire RT for DC Planning? Will consult with RT as need Pharmacy for DC Planning? Will consult with Pharmacy as needed Department Specific Orientation 2 weeks (will include general facility orientation).
