VP & Loan Servicing Team Leader
to join our team. The Loan Servicing Team Leader is responsible for managing the loan closing and servicing processes for the Home Loan Center department by overseeing the loan daily reporting, loan closing documents, compliance documents, and disbursing funds for residential loans.Key Responsibilities:Manage the daily operations of the department in an efficient and effective manner.Successfully interact with mortgage staff to improve accuracies, efficiencies and achieve established department goals.Responsible for preparing documents and coordinating with escrow to meet with borrowers for proper, accurate, and timely signing of loan documents.Ensure the accuracy of loan proceeds prior to disbursement across various loan channels, including retail, correspondent, and pool purchases.Provide good customer service to all customers and potential customer of the Bank, as needed and as required for obtaining necessary documents for the department.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience required.Minimum five years of experience in residential mortgage loan servicing required.Ability to retain a broad knowledge of tasks performed in the lending functions.Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.General knowledge of lending regulations, lien laws, and loan documentation.Ability to work with co-workers, clients, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully.General knowledge of lending regulations, lien laws, and loan documentation.Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.Employee Benefits & PerksMedical, Dental, & Vision : Open Bank offers medical, dental, and vision insurance for all full-time employees and their immediate family members.
