salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 4 PMeducation: High School
Responsibilities
Master Precision Machining:
Program, operate, and maintain Citizen Swiss machines using cutting-edge software like Gibbs Cam and Esprit to produce critical medical components with the highest precision.Execute with Accuracy:
Set up CNC machines and execute machining operations according to the exacting specifications required for medical devices and components.Ensure Quality Standards:
Conduct thorough inspections of finished medical parts to ensure they meet stringent industry standards for quality, accuracy, and safety.Contribute to Healthcare Innovation:
Be part of a team dedicated to improving patient care by delivering top-quality medical components used in devices that save lives.Continuous Improvement:
Participate in our lean manufacturing practices, continuously improving efficiency while upholding the highest standards of precision and safety.
The essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environmentstanding for 4 hours at one timeworking up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
