Description :Setting up Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16Making program edits with GibbsCAM and ESPRIT softwarePerform machine setups quickly, accurately, and efficientlyWorking off of various different blueprintsHandling the full process including, operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshootingMaintain quality standards through an In-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processesMonitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to the supervisorVery clean and organized medical manufacturing facility with a lot of new equipment. 5+ years of CNC setup experienceProficiency in CAD/CAM softwareG & M code fluencyAbility to edit programsHigh level of blueprint readingHours/Starting Pay Range :
1st Shift: 7am-4pm Monday-Friday2nd Shift: 3:30pm-1:30am Monday-Thursday$30-$50/hr depending interview/experience. Closer to $50 if you have programming experienceBenefits :
