The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting business operations related to returned mail inquiries, unclaimed assets, and escheatment processes. This role involves coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and participating in special projects to improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and coordinate returned mail inquiries from clients and business areas. Ensure all inquiries, both internal and external, are resolved while maintaining SLAs. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide requested information. Assist in reconciling unclaimed assets and support Escheatment Operations as needed. Work on special projects assigned to enhance operational processes.
