Job Title: Escheatment Operations Specialist Location: 680 W 10000 S, South Jordan, UT Shift: TBD Setting Hybrid Payrate: 21.33 / hr Contract: 12 months Opportunity for Extension/Conversion FTE depending on performance, attendance, and business Job Summary: As an Escheatment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of unclaimed assets. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and reconciling unclaimed property. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and coordinate with clients and internal business areas regarding returned mail inquiries. Handle internal and external inquiries and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). Gather and reconcile unclaimed assets as needed. Support various projects related to escheatment operations. Identify and report potential process anomalies to management. Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in identifying and addressing client needs. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Project management capabilities. Strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Considerable technical skills, including data management and MS Excel proficiency.
