Overview of the AP/AR Specialist role:
- Process invoices and perform a three-way match daily; perform manual check runs
- Post and verify customer payments in the general ledger; complete expense reports
- Maintain customer files, respond to vendor inquiries, and research account discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications for the AP/AR Specialist:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
- Minimum two years of accounting experience
- Basic excel skills; familiarity with a major ERP
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline- and detail-oriented
The AP/AR Specialist role is fully onsite in Nappanee, Indiana.
The salary range is $48,240.00 to $58,240.00.
