Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Position:
- Enter invoices, code invoices to General Ledger, match to receiving slips and POs
- Prepare checks for biweekly check run
- Research and resolve routine account inquiries and discrepancies
- Provide excellent customer service to vendors
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Prior experience with a major ERP
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
The Accounts Payable Specialist role is fully onsite in Mishawaka, Indiana
The salary range is $42,500.00 to $47,500.00.
