This role focuses on managing collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining excellent relationships with our customers. If you have a knack for handling collection calls, resending invoices, and preparing aging reports, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections by making regular collection calls to clients.
• Resend invoices and payment reminders to customers.
• Monitor and analyze aging reports to ensure timely payments.
• Develop and negotiate payment plans with customers to settle outstanding balances.
• Ensure proper documentation of payment agreements and follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Accounts Receivable, collections, or related roles.
• Strong communication skills for effective collection calls.
• Ability to analyze aging reports and take proactive actions.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent negotiation skills for managing payment plans.
