Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist:
- Contact customers via phone and email - B2B and B2I collections
- Create repayment plans and provide excellent customer service
- Process and post payments, apply cash
- Create aging reports and balance sheets
- Reconcile account discrepancies
Preferred Qualifications for the Collections Specialist:
- Minimum three years of experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Familiarity with a major ERP system
The Collections Specialist role is fully onsite in Bristol, Indiana.
Salary: $40,840.00 - $50,840.00
