Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expense reports efficiently and accurately
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an AP Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Excel strongly encouraged
