- Handling traditional AP tasks, including managing approximately 300 invoices per month.
- Entering data for multiple credit cards.
- Performing reconciliations, budgeting, and reporting.
- Managing incoming mail and other administrative tasks related to accounts payable.
- Processing vendor payments, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.
- Reviewing and resolving discrepancies or issues with vendor invoices.
- Maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring timely payment.
- Assisting with month-end close processes, including account reconciliations and reporting.
- 5-10 years of accounting experience (minimum).
- Experience with 3-way match.
- An Associate's degree in accounting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse cultures and personalities.
