- Salary range: $60,000-75,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage grower accounts including billing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports related to grower contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of grower transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in agricultural accounting preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
