• CFS New York is working with a great organization that has been operating for 100+ years in the entertainment & hospitality space, looking to transition to a real estate development organization
• They currently own properties in 5 states, 60+ locations, and is considered one longest standing companies in its industry
• Very hands on Accounting and Finance group that finished implementing yardi

Role Responsibilities- Accountant

• Internal and external financial reporting, management of expenses, revenue, billing, collections, payables, and payroll
• Assisting with month end close activities and bank reconciliations
• Handling invoices for all commercial properties
• Working directly with the controller on any adhoc projects

Qualifications - Accountant

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Real estate Experience preferred
• Yardi System experience is a must
