About the Organization- Junior Accountant- CFS NY is working with a Real Estate organization looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team
- They have residential and commercial properties located across the US

- Perform accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger Maintenance, and Budget Variance Analysis
- Reconcile Bank Account and Prepare monthly financial statements
- Input new leases, update extensions and prepare monthly billing in Yardi
- Coordinate with CPA for audit and year end tax filing
Preferred Qualifications- Junior Accountant
- BA in Accounting, Business or Finance
- Experience with QuickBooks or Yardi is a plus
