Overview
The Cash Management Coordinator will assist in overseeing and managing daily cash and treasury operations across multiple entities. This role will also serve as a treasury resource for internal and external stakeholders while supporting department leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries in NetSuite for daily bank activity across multiple accounts and banking platforms.
- Assist with bank implementation in NetSuite.
- Monitor monthly cash patterns and identify unusual transactions.
- Perform banking transfers and electronic payments for various accounts.
- Support monthly debt service and rental payments.
- Assist with electronic deposit services for school or corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with accountants to address reconciliation inquiries.
- Prepare and coordinate banking documents for electronic filing.
- Assist with annual financial filings with banks and state offices.
- Provide support to department leadership on treasury-related matters.
- Handle special projects as assigned.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of finance and treasury principles.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large data sets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with online banking software, electronic transfers, and financial reporting systems.
- Effective communication skills to support all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, accounting, or banking.
- Experience in cash flow reporting and account reconciliation.
- Ability to execute financial agreements, bank documents, and other legal agreements.
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
