About the Company and Overview of the Senior Accountant Role:
- Our repeat client is a non profit organization in housing located in Baltimore, MD (21218) for nearly 50 years. Due to a new project, they are looking to bring on a Senior Accountant on a contract basis to help with a balance sheet clean up project. This project is expected to last about 2 months.
- Company boasts a family feel and a tight knit, highly supportive team!
- Schedule: M-F, 100% in office in Baltimore, MD to start. Potential for 1-2 days work from home after training. Hours are 9:30am-5pm but can be flexible if needed after training
- Hourly Rate: $40-43/hour depending on experience
- Reports to the Director of Finance
- Manage a 4 year balance sheet clean up project and complete before fiscal Y/E (August)
- Perform reconciliations
- Perform financial statement and flux analysis
- Decipher financial presentations

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
- 3+ years' accounting experience in a non profit environment required
- Strong Excel experience required (pivot tables and vlookup)
- Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related a plus
- Experience using Sage Intacct
