AR Associate

Our client, is a management company with over 20 locations in the tri-state area. They are growing quickly and as a result are seeking an AR Associate who would be working directly with the Finance and Operation Management Team.

Role: AR AssociateLocation: Bedford Hills, NYCompensation: $55,000-65,000 depending on experienceWork Hours:Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming mail and bank deposits
• Apply payments to accounts receivable
• Handle cash activity and applications
• Maintain accurate records
• Meet deadlines while multitasking

Requirements:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is a plus
• Proficiency in cash handling and application
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn new accounting and banking systems
