RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
- The AR/Collections Specialist will prepare daily cash deposits and update the cash control sheet.
- Enter finalized cash receipts and update the accounts receivable ledger.
- Process daily credit card deposits and file check stubs and bank receipts.
- The AR/Collections Specialist will handle customer claims, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
- Manage accounts receivable inquiries and correspondence, and assist with special projects.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST
- 2 years + Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Attention to detail
*Salary $40,000- $60,000 depending on experience
*This position is fully onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
