RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

• Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist will prepare daily cash deposits and fill out the cash control sheet daily.
• Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialist will enter finalized cash receipts and update the accounts receivable ledger by customer.
• Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers, as requested.
• Process daily credit card deposits.
• File check stubs and bank receipts.
• Research and processes customer claims of invoice payment.
• Research and process chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
• Answer accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow up.
• Call and/or mail correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts.
• Assist with related special projects, as required.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST

• 2 years + Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Attention to detail

*Salary $40,000- $60,000 based on experience.

*This position is fully on-site in Cranberry Twp, PA.
