AR SPECIALIST

OVERVIEW OF THE AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- The AR Specialist will maintain AR inbox and answer inbound inquiries.
- The AR Specialist will receive data and manually adjust credit memos in ERP.
- Post transactions to corresponding invoice in ERP.
- Assist with vendor system setup, including portal access and/or EDI.
- The AR Specialist will generate invoices.
- Projects may include posting journal entries and other support.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AR SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Experience with chargebacks, credit memos, and cash applications is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite or AP is a plus but nota must
- Light general accounting experience is ideal
*Salary $40,000- $55,000 based on experience.
*This position is fully on-site in Pittsburgh, PA.
