OVERVIEW OF THE AP SPECIALIST ROLE:
- The AP Specialist will process vendor invoices and payments.
- Credit card and vendor statement reconciliations.
- The AP Specialist will monitor daily bank activity and reconcile bank statements.
- The AP Specialist will handle some AR and General Ledger functions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR AP SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Previous corporate accounting experience
- ERP experience, Oracle or Quantum are a plus
